Rowing Programs
DC Strokes offers a number of rowing programs to fit your interest and
availability. If you have no previous rowing experience, check out our
Learn to Row Program. DC Strokes programs are open to all rowers,
and we aspire foremost to create a safe and supportive environment for
LGBT rowers and their allies.
The
Club Program rows three days a week in the early evenings and is for experienced
rowers who want to continue to improve their technique and fitness without
the demand of a more rigorous daily program.
One year of previous rowing experience is required.
|
The
Competitive Program rows five days a week in the mornings and is for rowers interested in
rigorous training and competition. One year of previous rowing experience is required.
