DC Strokes in Rehoboth!
Join the DC Strokes at the Purple Parrot in Rehoboth, DE Memorial Day weekend as we serve up our favorite concoctions from the patio bar. Help support the club and have a great time in the sun!

Stonewall Regatta XX
This season's Stonewall Regatta is just around the corner! This year marks the 20th anniversary of DC Strokes's own regatta and we're pulling out all the stops to celebrate. Come down on Sunday, June 2nd and enjoy the atmosphere and seeing some spectacular rowing! For crews interested in participating there is still time to register, but don't delay - registration ends May 25th.

Registration for the 2013 season NOW OPEN!
The Novice Program is offered four days a week in the evening and is for rowers who have completed our LTR program or a similar program and who want to continue to improve their technique and fitness.
The Club Program rows three days a week in the early evening and is for experienced
rowers who want to continue to improve their technique and fitness without
the demand of a more rigorous daily program.
The Competitive Program rows five days a week in the morning and is for experienced rowers interested in
rigorous training and competition. One year of previous rowing experience is required.
DC Strokes is always looking for new or experienced coxswains to help out with our competitive and club programs. Get involved with no registration fees!
